A new building just outside Melbourne's CBD, shot just before sunset. It seems to be residential, but with all that glass facing West I don't think I'd live there.
Bangui Windmills
NorthWind Bangui Bay Project aka Bangui Windmills, is the first “Wind Farm” in the Philippines consisting of wind turbines. It provides 40% of the power requirements of Ilocos Norte.

Bye bye matte spray from previous owner - buffed and polished off. Fawn now has a lighter tan, a subtle glow, soft pink blush, champagne highlight under her eyes and ♥ flirty pink metallic lash extensions.

I hate spiders... Or perhaps, I should say, I *hated* spiders.
Once, one fell on my head, and it was huge. I'm certain it was far more frightened than me, but still, my head is not a home!
However, photography, and my immersion in the moment allows me to look at all things in much greater detail, with a new perspective. This includes spiders... What intricate creatures they are, alien in form, but integral to our world.
Thus, photography is helping me face one of the few phobias I have, although, if one ever ventures near my person again, it sharn't be long for this world... ;)

Candi Prambanan is a 9th century Hindu temple dedicated to the expression of God as creator, preserver, and destroyer. Each of the three stone towers house a statue and various carvings. Certainly it is now know that man was able to move large rocks but the difference here is the intricate work by with stones are joined. The inverted cut at each of the truncated corners in the ceiling is amazing.

Facing the Bara Gumbad is the Sheesh Gumbad, literally ‘glass dome’ and called so because the dome and parts of the facade were once completely covered with coloured glazed tiles. One can see remnants of its former elegance in turquoise and cobalt-blue
tile work on the facade. Architecturally it follows the pattern of square Lodi tombs with
a ‘double-storeyed’ appearance, but this building is somewhat different in ornamentation. Topped with octagonal minarets in the corners, the exterior divides itself into two stories with
the help of projecting horizontal cornice. Each storey has been ornamented with panels of recessed niches that run above and below the string-course, the upper ones being pierced by small openings, enhancing the entry even more. The tomb measures approximately 17 m on
both sides with a hidden staircase along its western wall that walks up to the terrace above.
Its western wall contains a mihrab, and the remaining three sides have three openings, the central one being the doorway flanked by two arched openings to admit light and air. One of
the distinctive features is the row of blue tiles (9” square each) that run across all walls below the central and upper string course except the central portion which is adorned with nine
square panels each containing light blue tiles with floral designs. The transition from a square plan to the circular dome is achieved by the use of broad squinches supported on stone pendetives. One of the interesting features is the beautiful carving work in plaster
between the arches niches and patterned design along the parapet wall below the dome and along the tomb’s edges. The ceiling inside the dome is decorated with incised plasterwork containing floral patterns and Quranic inscriptions. The central tomb chamber measuring 10 m on both sides has several graves, presumably belonging to eminent people of Sikandar Lodi’s time.
This years fawns are growing fast and sometimes visit my backyard corn bowl without their mom, becoming more independent and confident as they grow.
