Hair Extensions are made to look natural with your natural hair. And the Perfect way to use them is that no one could identify whether its an extensions or your natural hair.
Went out for a walk in the local woods it was grey and very windy I had decided to add a 16mm extension tube to my 80mm macro lens and it probably wasn't the day for this type of hand held macro photography but hey you have to try. The depth of field even at f8 is minute so these are the best of the bunch
This leaf was beside a tree and so very dark so upped the iso to 3200 and it's not bad for hand held and about 3 times life size.

An original Brompton suspension block (with Jubilee clip of course) and most of the Brompton firm block are fitted to a custom extra-long bolt that provides the same latching facility as the original bolt. The bolt is also curved to the radius from the swingarm pivot.

The kit and its assembly:
This fictional high-altitude Hawker Tempest variant was inspired by leftover wing tip extensions from an AZ Models Spitfire kit. I remembered that the late Spitfire variants had a modified wing shape, much like the Tempest’s oval shape, and from this the idea to transplant these tips was born.
The rest of the modifications of the Matchbox kit at the core of the build were logical steps - and I must say that the Matchbox Tempest is not a bad kit. It goes together really well, and while the recessed surface details are somewhat soft, the overall impression is good to me.
For a high-altitude variant I added a leftover five blade propeller from a Pioneer 2 Hawker Sea Fury that was modified with a styrene tube adapter to match the OOB MK. II’s Centaurus engine. A radiator from a Macchi C.205V was added for the intercooler, and a small compressor’s air intake was added in front of the cockpit. The bulges for the compressors and their respective plumbings in front of the cockpit are curved pieces of sprue material - simple, but effective.
Under the wings the post-war attachment points for missile launch rails were PSRed away and the pitot, originally an L-shaped device under the left wing, was relocated to the leading edge – similar to the tropicalized export Tempests. The slipper tanks come from a Hobby Boss MiG-15, but they had to be PSRed to match the Tempest’s very different wing shape. I found that they’d look more elegant than the original drop tanks.
Inside of the cockpit I added a dashboard and a small gunsight behind the windscreen (the canopy had been cut into two pieces for open display) , scratched from styrene sheet – I could not live with the void in front of the pilot, and anything is probably better than nothing in this case, since the Matchbox kit only offers a seat (and a pilot figure, though), but no dashboard, floor or side panels. The kit comes, however, with nice oxygen flasks behind the seat. Weird.
The extension is only partly wired. This one is approaching the wires on its way to Edgbaston Village. It will shortly raise the pantograph for a short wired section.

On Wednesday 26 June, Oxford Brookes' Chancellor Shami Chakrabarti officially opened the Abercrombie Extension.
Describing the new building as “absolutely exquisite”, Shami Chakrabarti went onto to say that “this is just 20 per cent of what we are going to have here. This is the beginning of a great modern cathedral of learning.”
The Abercrombie Extension is the first stage of the University’s Headington campus redevelopment, with the John Henry Brookes Building having its phased opening during the 2013/14 academic semester.
Local actors from Flintlock Theatre Group provided the entertainment at the event. As well as a couple of musical renditions the actors recounted extracts from inspiring speeches on architecture and higher education.

During the late 1920s and into the 1930s, at a time of huge expansion of the London Underground system, a series of "letters" to varous grades of administrative staff explaining issues of policy were issued. Starting in 1927, these 'personal' letters from the 'Operating Manager' blossomed into quite sizeable publications, complete with extensive maps, drawings and plans - especially of the massive schemes connected with the London Passenger Transport Board's "New Works Programme, 1935 - 40. This, Number 11, was issued on 30 March 1931 and looks at the works in connection with the western extensions of the Piccadilly line beyond its original terminus at Hammersmith. This was to help 'balance' the northern extension of the line as well as add large swathes of west London and Middlesex into the catchment of the Piccadilly's central area deep tube.
This involved a complex piece of engineering work tunnelling under Hammersmith Broadway and alongside the Brook Green sewer, alongside the exitsing District Railway, before the line rose and joined with the then disused ex-LSWR tracks leased from the Southern Railway. These works allowed an effective four-tracking of the railway as seen on this track diagram west from Hammersmith to Acton Town allowing 'express' running of the Piccadilly line along this section. The works involved extensive track works to allow segregation of the junctions of the Richmond and South Acton branch, access to Acton Works and west of Acton Town more 'flying junctions' to minimise conflicts between the Hounslow and Ealing/Harrow branches. Various of the stations along this section of route were to be reconstructed, notably here Acton Town itself along with Chiswick Park. Others saw platforms repositioned to allow the workings of the 'all-stations' District and non-stopping Piccadilly. The diagram also shows the connections into the new Northfields Depot that serviced the extended line and allowed closure of the operational depot at Lillie Bridge, then to be used as engineering works.
It was, all in all, a fine piece of work a one that still serves the Underground in west London well.
