The bellows extension rod was reversed and is now marked with the correct focus distance for each macro setting. I used ground glass in an empty pack film to determine proper distance for focus at each setting.

Experimenting with hair extensions rather than a wig. Upside, they are so much more comfortable than a wig; I could actually believe it's my real hair. Downside, my forehead looks massive, and I'm limited to my natural dark brown/nearly black color rather than my usual red hair. Full disclosure: I was only wearing lipstick when I took the picture so foundation and eye makeup was applied digitally.
I've seen three of these this season. This was feeding on the grass flowers. It is remarkably calm for a clerid beetle.

Locke Park was opened in 1877 as an extension to the People's Park in Barnsley. The site was first developed in 1862 on land donated by the widow of the local engineer, Joseph Locke, and was laid out in several phases.
Joseph Locke was engineer of the Grand Junction Railway and is recognised as one of Barnsley's most prominent figures of the 19th century. His widow, Phoebe, donated the land in his memory in 1861. In the first phase of development, the lodge at the entrance was built by John Moxon and the walls were built by Mr Tattersall of Silkstone. The statue of Joseph Locke, designed by Baron Marochetti, was unveiled by Lord Alfred Paget on 18 January 1866. Further land was donated in 1874, and the extension was opened in 1877. This phase included the creation of Locke Park Tower, which was erected in memory of Phoebe Locke and opened to the public in 1877.
