Greets Everyone and Invites You to Turn a Frown Upside Down and Smile!

Birch in the Moor Everything about this scene appealed to me. how the branches in the foreground are separated from the vertical trunks in the background or the vibrant violet and golden leaves in the treetops. No matter what it was it created a resonance in me. Peaceful nature.

Lost in the frame

are the pieces

of the mind,

far more than

what you see.

First glance brings

the sudden black face,

that smiles

back with glee.

Second glance sees,

the Jesus figure

with arms outstretched

for you and me.

Then comes

two ferry men,

floating on

rushing water.

seeking those

who will pay

their fee..

Last but not least

the dragons face

looking down

at the baby dragon

smiling back at me.

Dragon or the wolf, who will win in the fight for dominance in the fiery battle of the soul.

The dragon stares down the wolf eyeing its next place to sink in its long sharp teeth.

While the wolf listens for the faltered beat of the tired dragons wings to slow.

Clashing together in the embers of the hell they have made.

Tearing apart the massive crust beneath the earth.

The battle rages on and yet we have no clue as to who will win.

Every now and then we get a glimpse of the struggle

when they burst through the earth and bring hell with them.

Created by photographing bark on a tree, cloudy day with flash. Mirroring and HDR filter applied.

One lazy sunny day I was loving the way the sun came through the window and lit up the curtains. This piece was made while daydreaming about the sun.

It is Lace curtains hanging over blinds while the sun shines through casting shadows on the lace curtains. Mirrored and inverted colors with the bottom half of the mirrored piece stretched a bit longer than the top half.

Floating water stars

swirling in my sight.

Day dreams and

memories are things

we hold on to too tight.

Growth in life and love

depend upon ones

changing plight.

Floating water stars

swirling in my sight.

Change and forward

motion are forever

ones true fight.

What dreams came

true were up to you

come day or night.

Floating water stars

swirling in my sight.
