It is ex CN which had two groups of A1A-A1A G-8's; standard-gauge for use on prairie branch lines and narrow-gauge for Newfoundland as well as G-12's that it inherited from London & Port Stanley. The narrow-gauge G-8's remained A1A-A1A units throughout their service lives, while the standard gauge units were converted to B-B by simply removing the center axle.
This unit is one of the A1A standard-gauge units and you can easily see the space where the idler axle was removed from the trucks.
El consejero de Economía y Hacienda, Enrique Ossorio, ha recibido al economista jefe de Economías desarrolladas de BBVA Research, Rafael Doménech, al director Territorial Centro del BBVA, Fernando Alonso, y al director Regional Centro de BBVA, Carlos Gorría, que le han entregado la publicación “Situación Madrid” elaborada por BBVA Research y presentada esta mañana en Madrid, en la que se pone de manifiesto que la Comunidad creará más empleo y crecerá más que la media española en 2014 y en 2015, gracias al tirón de las exportaciones, entre otras variables.
El informe señala que el consumo interno está mejorando gracias a la confianza en la economía madrileña, la recuperación del empleo, la disminución del coste de financiación y el impulso exterior. Además, BBVA Research observa un cambio de tendencia en la concesión de préstamos a particulares y pymes, que señalan claramente que se inicia la recuperación.
