This double-drive Alpha is a regular visitor to The Port of Wellington. I can only assume that the containers it delivers there are loaded with material for recycling overseas. Shipping containers are regularly filled with such material and scrap metal, being a "backload" for the large number of otherwise empty containers that are inevitable in a country that imports a lot of things.
