An explosion of sun light, reflected in the water between the two rows of reed. It was a very special morning during sunrise with local mist conditions. Purmerend, 2018.

Again, I would like to thank everyone for your support, views, faves and comments!

The explosion is a bit abstract but I had to use every trans orange piece I own ;)

The world lies broken and dying, and yet beauty still thrives in its last breaths.

As long we have Techno and the Technoqueen, nothing can happen ;)

Thank you Picky ♥

This is another version of a radial blur in which I have chosen to apply it only to the sky.

Wonderful Monday and week to you.

First time I've tried to photograph fireworks, I think I like how this ended up looking : )

una de esas imagenes que, aunque esten movidas, creo que la calidad del color y ese gran colorido supera ampliamente el hecho de tener esa oscilacion que le quita algo de definicion...

Military base explosion. Or simply portal to another world. Anyone can see what's possible happened to this abandoned location. For those who want more, come and see our video on youtube: youtu.be/-4DarIifnRc

I had this Poppy on my desk from when I photographed it as a bud to this.

I saw it shed the husk, gently unfold the papery petals, and then... one petal dropped, i saw all the yellow pollen and thought, yes, another shot.

By the time it was on the black background, all the petals fell and most of the pollen, ahah well, sigh, then this eh?

How some images come to be, serendipity.

Have a super day and thank you, M, (*_*)

This is about the best firework I got from New Years Eve 2018, unfortunately this year the trees were taller and the fireworks were more to the right out of sight. But at least I tried.

I'll have another attempt for fireworks on the Australia Day Weekend coming up.

Última hora de la tarde y la luz me pide a gritos exponer a esta explosión de color.

I slowed the firework explosion part down because it was rather quick and its fun to go frame by frame looking at the different shots

Also threw in some john williams because the war horse soundtrack seemed to fit the theme

An explosion of lights over Kirkjufell in Western Iceland.. This is what we were greeted to on our first night there. Enjoy!

I've photographed thee flowers several times, on dog walks. I could never quite get what I was after. I finally have something that I feel, works.
