Praia da Falesia in Algavre, Portugal. Four years passed since my visit there but it's still one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.
Water drop on white dinner plate. Discussed in the Technique group here. I entered this shot in DPChallenge's most recent free study competition and it placed 44th out of 507, and has my 3rd highest vote score.

Elgol is so beautiful that you would feel like spending all of your time there. I heard there is never a dull moment here and there is always something happening weather wise in the Cuillin Ranges that there is no short of spectacular here..
The prominent mountain is the Sgurr a Ghreadaidh the highest in the Cuillins and renders a beautiful front for the sun to set behind and display some of its wonderful colours.
When I got here it was as if someone set off an explosion from beyond the mountains and the clouds were carrying the smoke from it..was quite an eventful dusk...
My Mac is not well at the moment and so I am digging through the archives to find something so that I can upload something from time to time.

I called this one “The Explosion of Colors.” I think you can really see all the colors here, and it's beautiful!
More from my water figues shoot from a couple days ago. I find it amazing that you can have extremely similar setups with each shot, and yet they all look different.

This happened 3 hrs earlier. Reportedly, the faculties manager smelled gas, evacuated the building and called the propane company. Somehow the manager was inside when it blew and has my prayers. The propane guy was outside but was injured by the blast anyway. Also in my prayers.

Arrive at a friends house with a macro lens and never leave the garden :) Until it's time to eat!! I have no idea what this flower is but loved the explosion effect coming from the centre!
