Playing around with Black and White conversions in photoshop. Not quite as fun as the old-school way in the darkroom but much less messy and your hands don't smell afterwards!
Back in 1977, a buddy and I planned this photo-walkabout from Ramstein villiage to Landstuhl castle. This is an experimental photo I took of him as we were inside one of the more unimproved areas of the castle. This is a scanned image. I processed it in my own darkroom using an Ilford matte paper. I flicked the light on for a split second while the image was processing and this was the strange result. Of course, now we can achieve this effect using software.
Experimented with wire wool.
So much fun.
Next time, will bring lighting to bring out the surroundings better

On our way to Guise Bay we stopped at Experiment Bight to take some photos. The beach here was amazing. There were lots of shells and the sand was really soft and warm.
Experimenting with A1 card sheets for backdrops. Also using a home made flash diffuser made from a Pringles tube.

I got my Holga CFN 120 few weeks ago and decided to experiment a bit for starters, heh... Here's the result from the very first roll of film taken with my lovely Holga.
-Scanned from the negative and done minor color adjustments. Otherwise untouched.
No taping or modifications done to the camera (yet anyway)...
I suspected there would be more lightleaking etc. :D
I think my self portraits are a tad bit boring. I came up with this idea after the sun decided to go down.
(None of my cameras have flashes that work)
