Established in 2010 in Kwun Tong industrial district, The Cave is a new upcoming team of design and creatives in Hong Kong. The team is formed by seven young local design professions, ranging from graphic design, interior design and fashion design. The team has been courageous since the start and is known for their handmade experimental reclaimed wood furniture by using abandon pallet wood and many were later exhibited in numbers of exhibitions.

This 18x24" piece is oil pastel, chalk pastel, graphite, and solvent on a surface that rabbit skin glue and beeswax has been applied to. Completed in Art 4 AP, it depicts the movement and quality of a wave after it has crashed into a beach with shells. (Drawing concentration piece)

Professor Golan Levin and (TA) Claire Hentschker presented an exhibition of student projects from “Experimental Capture”, an interdisciplinary course in which students come to understand and build representations of the world using devices that sense beyond the limits of human perception.

Miel experimental, abeja, intervención fotográfica

There are times when I wish that not so many of my experiments went so badly wrong....

A ballsed up roll of provia 400 slide film developed as B&w at home....

Oh, I also have no idea what this is a shot of....

Taken with a lomography Diana+ which had been sitting in my office drawer so long and been knocked so often the switch had gone to bulb mode without me noticing.... just finishing the roll of film so I can bastardise it to take plates rather than film, I don't particulary like this camera (in fact I hate it) so I don't mind if the conversion results in a melted pile of plastic!
