U.S. Air Force enlistee Eric Wood, assigned to the 169th Student Flight, participates in a festive holiday physical training regimen, the 12 Days of P.T. at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina, Dec. 6, 2020. Wood will be a cyber surety specialist for the 169th Communications Squadron for the South Carolina Air National Guard after attending U.S. Air Force Basic Military Training and technical school. The 12 Days of P.T. is designed to help future Airmen become physically prepared before going to U.S. Air Force Basic Military Training by enhancing their strength, agility, and endurance through physical training exercises.
