Baker, III gladly welcomed Howard County Executive Ken Ulman to Prince George’s County to pay up his wager he had with County Executive Baker on the Redskins/Ravens football game last weekend. Due to the Ravens 31-28 loss to the Redskins at FedEx Field, Howard County Executive Ken Ulman picked up trash alongside Sheriff Road near FedEx Field while singing Hail to the Redskins.
