Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 - Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III gladly welcomed Howard County Executive Ken Ulman to Prince George’s County to pay up his wager he had with County Executive Baker on the Redskins/Ravens football game last weekend. Due to the Ravens 31-28 loss to the Redskins at FedEx Field, Howard County Executive Ken Ulman picked up trash alongside Sheriff Road near FedEx Field while singing Hail to the Redskins.

Brig. Gen. Jason Voorheis, program executive officer (PEO) for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Fighters & Advanced Aircraft Directorate, promoted Senior Master Sgt. Ryan Knickerbocker to the rank of Chief Master Sgt. during a ceremony at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Nov. 25, 2025. Chief is the pinnacle of Air Force enlisted ranks and is widely regarded as as one of the hardest ranks to achieve not only the enlisted force but also in the Air Force writ large. Only about 1% of the Air Force enlisted force ever achieve the rank. Knickerbocker serves as the senior enlisted leader (SEL) for the directorate and advises the PEO on enlisted matters. The Georgia State Railroad Museum or the Roundhouse Railroad Museum has a Roundhouse that was built in 1830. They have a large collection of various Locomotives and Rail Cars. They fire up a Steam Locomotive and it takes you on the Roundhouse and short distance down the tracks. They also have an Executive Rail Car Tour, give your self a try at a Hand Car. Lots of Rail Cars you can walk through and buildings with lots of Machinery for working on the tracks and Locomotives. A really great Museum.
