This strikes me as funny, sad, ironic, or some mix of the above.
Perhaps the irony is not as clear to others as it is to me, but a crapped-out pontoon boat marketed as an "executive cruiser" is humorous. Even when it was new it was still just a 16 foot pontoon boat. But hey, if throwing the executive lure out out there brings in the well-heeled buyers, then so be it.
Sorta like the "Cadillac of minivans" from "Get Shorty" (i.e. the Pontiac Transport).
The Executive MBA organised a typical French 'Guinguette' party on 25th September 2015. Hosted in the courtyard of the Paris Campus, it celebrated the Alumni Annual Reunion. The open-air dinner, live music and dance floor were a cheerful occasion for everyone to reconnect with the Executive MBA community.

The Executive Council consists of 41 OPCW Member States that are elected by the Conference of the States Parties and rotate every two years. The Council supervises the activities of the Technical Secretariat and is responsible for promoting the effective implementation of and compliance with the Convention.
