Hi. I’m Ora. I’m an Executive Coach. I help senior executives in Fortune 100 companies enhance their leadership presence – their ability to engage, connect, and influence in the workplace. Working with professionals in New York’s leading companies over the past 15 years, I’ve discovered a direct and measurable correlation between leadership presence and success. Executives who work with me become more professionally productive and personally successful. They thrive at their jobs, they’re promoted, and they make successful transitions.
When you work with me as your coach, we’ll have face-to-face connection in every session (not remote phone access). I’ll learn about your strengths and goals, gather information from others, give you feedback, and develop an action plan that enhances your leadership presence -- all in-person.
In addition to coaching high-potential NY executives, I’ve served as Adjunct Professor of Business Communication at NYU Stern School of Business and as the principal Communication Coach of Columbia Business School professors. I’m also a featured speaker at conferences across the US, inspiring leaders to communicate with confidence and lead with impact.
My undergraduate degree is from the University of Pennsylvania and my MBA is from Columbia Business School. I’m certified as an Executive Coach by i-Coach NY and have advanced certification in Shadow Coaching, Fierce Conversations, Difficult Conversations, Crucial Conversations, MBTI, Clark Wilson 360, Julie Morgenstern Time Management, and Reach Personal Branding.

On location shoots can be super difficult if you have never been to that venue or are limited to what you have space to use and bring. This particular location was in a hotel lobby in Boston, MA with no outside light, gross beige walls and tungsten lights. On top of that, I didn't have room to set up a back drop so I had to use the wall in the corner.
These were shot with a Phase One 645AF body, P25 Digital Back and an 80mm lens using two Profoto Acute heads. One high in front with an octabox and the other behind the subject against the wall with a couple napkins over it to diffuse the light.
I was tethered directly to my mac and using capture one's software to get a look at them as I was shooting. This was also awesome cause I could remove the gross beige color from the wall behind them as I shot so it saved me hours of post work.
The Delegates started their day when executive coach and leadership expert Susan Dunlap joined the group to lead delegates through centering, grounding, and commitment exercises as they articulated their mission statements for participating in the program.
Afterward, the group went to participate in a strength and conditioning session with Carmen Sturniolo, owner and head coach of Ambitious Athletics.
