Every year, on the last Sunday in January, English Civil War re-enactors of the King's Army, parade in The Mall and on Horseguards, London, in memory of king Charles I, who was beheaded on January 30th, 1649.
The English Civil Wars, lasted in total from 1641 to 1651, and were fought between supporters of Parliament and the monarchy. King Charles I was tried and beheaded for treason in January 1649. Although generally known as the 'English' Civil War, fighting took place throughout the whole of Britain.
every AM about the same time very early, a 500 foot deep tide rolls in before the rising sun chases it off.

every year i have to pay tribute to her majesty, the water lily growing in my pond.
A techniqual remark for those who might be interested: an original shot with 250mm focal length through some foreground leaves and against the dark background of the woods. In order to strengthen the burning colors and contrasts i duplicated the image into a few layers in PS using a variety of blending modes and adjusting those by use of masks.
Every Saturday morning a group of Canberra's rehomed rescue golden retrievers take their families down to the Murrumbidgee River. This is a great place for dogs to swim and retrieve tennis balls. Here Charlie and George are chasing Billy, a rescue labrador who can swim faster than either of them, and who nearly always gets to the balls first.
Historic Akaroa Heads February 27, 2016 Banks Peninsula, New Zealand.
My son took me out to the heads to see the sunset while he was staying with me in Akaora. You use to being able to drive right to the lighthouse. Because of the earthquakes there is too much damage to the road. I wasn't able to walk down but my son did.
The original Akaroa Lighthouse started operation on the headland of Akaroa Heads in 1880. One hundred years later, it was moved down to Akaroa Township, after being replaced by an automated light.
The foundations are all that remain of the lighthouse keeper’s family homes, but the original stonework of the supply road down to Haylocks Bay remains along the cliff face, including an original stone culvert at the junction of the road and the small stream.

The forest encircling Baoxiang temple has been adopted by a large group of rhesus macaque monkeys, who have made the forest, temples and parking area their permanent home.
Going up to the temple the monkeys sometimes turn very aggressive to the visitors. Minor injuries have been reported.
Every Spring, Chinese Tibetans move their animals up to the high pastures to graze and every Autumn, they bring them down again.
I've only seen this personally once and that was in September as they were coming down to the lower villages from their summer camps. This was an amazing sight to see: for as far up the hills as I could see; there was a long snake of people and animals heading down through Langmusi town heading to Hezuo or lower where the Winter would not be so harsh.
Young teenage Tibetan men would gallop through the towns aiming their whips at the Hui Chinese on the streets but never actually contact anyone. The Hui hated that of course and it could be both a tense and a wonderful time as the migrating people also bought lots of supplies en route. I was in town for three days and the 'caravan' never ceased!
You know what they say about the early morning light in photography.
Being a night owl, I don’t get to see it often. But this time it was worth it.
A personal fave.

Every Friday since January I go to the local Farmer's Market which sets up for the morning. Fresh fruit and veges. come in from around the area. I go for the strawberries and get a three basket pack like this for only $5. Right now they're at their peak and so good.

Every night for a hundred years the angel of dreams came to the town & splashed the walls with bright colors that stayed until the first light of day.

Oh man are bioluminescent creatures weird! Although I suppose this one doesn't exist. But that's the whole point of Beast Every Week: create a creature and have fun! Check and check.
"Todos los días tenemos miedo" habla sobre cómo nos va consumiendo una fobia, la reflexión es saber cómo la podemos dominar o hacer parte de nuestra vida sin que nos domine.
Every day we are afraid speech on how a phobia is consuming us, the reflection is to know how we can dominate or do part of our life without it dominates us.

Every time I step into a greenhouse where petunias are growing, their dense, rich fragrance transports me back to the year 1966 in central Kansas. It is spring and I am with my mother shopping for bedding plants at the small local nursery. Some of today's new varieties would have astonished us.
