Dehydration, even in winter, is an issue in Afghanistan. In all bases it's available to lift bottles as and when needed. In the main bases it's chilled, although there is less opportunity for that out in the patrol bases.
This is one near where I work, it didn't come out as I'd hoped, but thats a function of hand-holding a compact camera as much as anything else.
