This is essential oils. This one in particular is lavender oil. It promotes sleep and health. I also use tea tree oil that is good for skin and hair. I chose this because it shows how I have had to take mrsa into my own hands after being given the strongest antibiotic. Lavender in particular reduces inflammation, redness, is an antibacterial, and promotes sleep. Lavender is the “cure all” of essential oils and I use it everyday because of this. MRSA lowers the immune system , so keeping up on sleep, taking care of my skin, and staying away from antibiotics is important.
