কাজের হাজারো চাপ, ব্যাস্ততা প্রতিটিক্ষণ, আর এই নিয়ম অব্যাহত থাকে প্রতিটিদিন, আর এইসবের সাথে তাল মেলাতে নিয়মমাফিক প্রয়োজন হয় নিজেকে চার্জ দেওয়ার । হাসির হলেও সত্যি যে, কর্মশক্তি বজায় রাখতে মানবদেহেরও চার্জের প্রয়োজন হয়, আর মানবদেহকে চার্জ দেওয়ার নিয়ম হল সঠিকভাবে ঘুমানো ।
তবে আজকাল অনেকের কাছেই ঘুমের সমস্যা একটা গুরুতর সমস্যার নাম বটে । আর রাতে ঠিকমতো না ঘুমানোর ফলে পরের সারাদিন মাথাব্যাথা, গা-হাত-পা ম্যাজম্যাজ করা, কোনও কাজে মন দিতে না পারা সহ অসহ্য অস্বাভাবিকভাবে পার হয়ে থাকে ।
ঘুমের সমস্যার সমাধান হিসাবে আমরা অনেকেই স্লিপিং পিলের উপর নির্ভর হয়ে পড়ি, যা পরবর্তীতে আরো হাজারো সমস্যার উদ্রেক ঘটায় । তবে আমরা চাইলে খুব সহজেই পুষ্টি সহকারে ঘুমের ব্যাবস্থা করতে পারি ।
চলুন, জেনে নেওয়া যাক, পুষ্টি সহকারে ঘুম আনায়নের উপায় সম্পর্কে
একটি পাত্রে এক লিটার জল ফুটিয়ে নিন । এবার সেই ফুটন্ত জলে একটা ভালো ভাবে খোসা ছাড়ানো কলা টুকরো টুকরো করে ফেলে দিন । ১০ মিনিট ঢাকা দিয়ে রাখুন । ইচ্ছে হলে এর মধ্যে স্বাদমতো দ্বারচিনি বা মধু মেশাতে পারেন । এবার চা হিসাবে পান করে নিন, আর আরামসে ঘুম দিন ।
অনিদ্রার সমস্যায় যতই নাজেহাল হোন না কেন, কলার চা আপনার ঘুম আনায়নে শতভাগ ফলপ্রুস হবে বিশ্বাস রাখতে পারেন ।
