I eat well, but even so I need the daily ginkgo, magnesium, and multivitamin. Lately I've also been throwing in some fish oil. I love the improvements ginkgo makes for my varicose veins, and other issues that the minerals bring!
Computer
When considering what I wouldn't want to live without, I guess I must say my computer. It's how I communicated with family and friends, how I create and share my art, and how I do my work.

With my skin - twice a day 3 step is essential. I'm 29 and still have acne issues!
Shoes
I love my high heels but the shoes I am talking about are my joggers. Since wearing them around the house my leg pains have decreased dramatically.

Visit to the Queen's Staircase & Forte Fincastle during the Essential Nassau Excursion. Also included at that stop was the Water Tower and the view of the cruise ships from high on the hill. It was our first visit to the Bahamas, so we thought it would be a good way to see the area. Our driver and tour guide Skip did a great job taking us around. This is the tour description: "Take in the sights of Nassau and Paradise Island in air-conditioned comfort, with photo stops and samples of tasty local food and drink along the way. On this guided tour, you’ll make about seven stops, one of them the Nassau Rum Cake Factory to taste delicious cakes soaked in rum. For amazing views of Nassau, climb the Queen’s Staircase of more than 65 steps carved by slaves out of solid coral rock, giving you an amazing view of Nassau below. Then visit John Watling’s Distillery to see how rum is made and sip some samples. Take advantage of photo ops at late 18th-century Fort Charlotte, built to defend the island against pirates, as well as the luxurious Atlantis Royal Towers. You’ll also stop at the local foodie favorite fish fry in colorful Junkanoo Beach, followed by a stop at the bustling Straw Market to browse handmade Bahamian crafts, gifts, local foods, souvenirs and more." Here are the general pictures from that day, I will share other pictures later. These were taken on board the Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas for a 9 Night Southeast Coast & Bahamas Cruise (February 14th through the 23rd, 2019). The itinerary include stops in Charleston (SC), Port Canaveral (FL), Freeport (Grand Bahama Island), Nassau (Bahamas) and Miami (FL) before heading back to Baltimore.

The ScanGauge II is an essential addition for the third generation Prius. I normally keep mine either displaying the average fuel economy today, or the average fuel economy on this current tank of gasoline.
A good after market GPS like the Garmin 7200 with its big and readable screen is a great addition to the Prius II.

Coffee and tobacco were essential tools of mining, made evident by the fact that you find remnants of both in just about every mine shack. The Velvet tobacco can in remarkable shape helped out by the dry climate of Dos Cabezas in southeastern Arizona.

The roach pattern is deadly for pike in all types of waters (that contain roach). I've also employed the firetiger pattern to great effect in coloured water. I now buy multiples in case one gets lost. If I was only allowed one lure it would be this.
