Quando minha unha tá cotoquinha assim, eu sismo com nude! Achei esse greige tão fofinho assim, com o flocado colorido e a cobertura fosca! Ficou delicadinho! E o efeito aparece bem o tempo todo!
Gostei muito, mas não durou nem 24 horas, porque aí fiquei com vontade de um escuro e coloquei outro que depois posto, mais tarde quando passar as fotos pro PC.
Ando com mania de fosquear tudo! Eu não gostava do acabamento e agora tô in love! Por isso que em se tratando de esmaltes nunca devemos dizer: "desse esmalte não experimentarei". :P

Adventures in Seeing # 7 - Qualities of Essence
When I think of the qualities which speak of the essence of lakeside, I think of the colour blue. The different colours in the water, the waterbirds, the boats and, in this particular case, the mountains surrounding the lake. I love to walk along the promenades at the quieter times of the day and see the few people present enjoying the view and having their picnics staring into that gorgeous blue scenery. Just like me that day - sitting on a bench eating my own picnic!

The view from Hawksbill offers a commanding vista to all points of the compass, and a spectacular view south past Shortoff Mountain to where Linville River spills into Lake James. You never know what to expect prior to arriving, the clarity, and light/shadows based on cloud cover, etc. Some days you are lucky and there are clouds to add interest to the sky along with good light spilling into the gorge as the sun rises in the eastern sky…

The snow is all gone now...starting to warm a bit and the tickle of spring is in the air. I still think that winter is coming back, but if I am wrong then all the better. Seems that every time I think it is done...here it comes with one last mighty effort!

High up on Snowdon, watching the clouds consume the landscape. Seeing the mountains from so high up is a feeling different to any other. And if you look close enough you can just make out a hiker on the mountain top!
The Essence is an ongoing study about minimizing the elements in a photo to its essence - shapes, lines and black and white.
I am back :)! Finally finished with all my exams. Totally didn't expect to get anything on my first day back shooting but I did! I was so close to give up before I got this photo because I was tired, being lazy and wasn't able to get any decent photos at all. I sucked it up and ended up finding this frame and I waited... waited for maybe 45 minutes before I called it a day.
I don't know why I have been posting so many photos in portrait orientation recently. Weird streak I guess?
