Morning essences: the smell of freshly brewed coffee, cinnamon sticks, croissants and fruit juices, the first rays of sunlight on the flowers and the promise of a walk through the forest and river.
Music:
"In onion is strength; and a garden without it lacks flavour. The onion, in its satin wrappings, is among the most beautiful of vegetables; and it is the only one that represents the essence of things. It can almost be said to have a soul."
- Charles Dudley Warner

“We cannot stop the winter or the summer from coming. We cannot stop the spring or the fall or make them other than they are. They are gifts from the universe that we cannot refuse. But we can choose what we will contribute to life when each arrives.”
– Garry Zukhav
The last breath, the last plea made the black forests tremble.
"GokTengri Lord of the Skies, take this bleeding soul"
The sky split open, while my soul was trapped in the black hole hose of Purgatory; The earth cried with the voice of Tengri
"Open your eyes Atakurt, The Ancestor of the Wolves
The strength of the spirit we have bestowed upon you is in your noble blood."
At home tonight... about an hour before sunset. April 18, 2015. Just beginning to bloom.
I've never been completely thrilled with any of my shots of lilacs. Finally-- I'm pretty happy with this one. Backlighting from sunlight can add so much magic.
The essence of summertime beauty and elegance comes full swing in what mother nature portrays for all of us !

When you remove all distractions, reduce everything down to mere necessities, you have only what matters. The essence.
You will start noticing things you've missed in the past. Maybe you will start appreciating things differently. Priorities will change. It will shape who you are as a person. It's something everyone should try.

The Retezat National Park (Romanian: Parcul Naţional Retezat) is a protected area located in the Retezat Mountains in Hunedoara county, Romania. Founded in 1935, it is the oldest national park in the country and categorized as a category II IUCN national park.
Retezat is particularly notable for its biodiverse flora, with over one thousand species of plants present within the park. It is also home to some of the last remaining pristine old-growth forests in Europe. Despite its protected status, recent decades saw an increase in damaging activities such as logging and sheep-grazing in the park, as well as threats to its status as public propriety.
In 1979, UNESCO included the park in the Man and the Biosphere Program international network of biosphere reserves, while in 1993 it was included by the International Union for Conservation of Nature among its demonstration projects on sustainable rural development. In 2008 it was granted the European Diploma of Protected Areas.
This picture was taken in the North Side of the Retezat National Park, in Stanisoara Valey, a gorgeous Jurassic like area.
I hope you like it, as much as I do!
