Pushing to create an equalizer, a MN United player collided with the Carolina keeper who stayed down for a couple minutes. It also furthered the building tension between the sides.
A come from behind victory for the currently second place Minnesota United FC. United scored three second half goals to overtake the Carolina Railhawks who had taken the lead on a Futty Danzo (formerly of the Portland Timbers) goal.

The dance of death is a medieval allegorical concept of the all-conquering and equalizing power of death, expressed in the drama, poetry, music, and visual arts of western Europe mainly in the late Middle Ages. Strictly speaking, it is a literary or pictorial representation of a procession or dance of both living and dead figures, the living arranged in order of their rank, from pope and emperor to child, clerk, and hermit, and the dead leading them to the grave. The dance of death had its origins in late 13th- or early 14th-century poems.

Totentanz, Danse Macabre or Dances of Death are featured in famous pieces of classical music.
The world's first dance of death was probably the one on the wall of the churchyard Cimetière des Innocents in Paris. This was the dance that Lydgate translated into English and the dance that inspired the one in Lübeck.

Funny story. I'v been looking or a board for a couple of weeks now, but not finding one I was happy with.
At the same time I decided to thin the bike herd from the living room, and posted my Mountain Cycle - San Andreas. So up went the pick to craigs list.
About this same time I fine a 7'4" JC, just down the road. I email back and forth with the owner, making sure the board is available and such. Then I get a hit on the San Andreas. From guess who. Craigslist obscures your identity, so he had no idea he was sending a message to me. The one who wanted his board.
Worked out perfectly in the end;
He got a bike he's wanted for years (its an older San Andreas)
I got a board that should be perfect for the summer
And it was an even trade, i.e...
He didn't have to turn over the $$$ to his wife
I didn't need to beg my wife for the $$$
Perfect ending....
Now, lets all hope for a nice summer depression in the Pacific.

World Cup at the Italian club ... great vibe even though we lost. This guy was dancing around just before I shot this because we all thought the Aussies scored to equalize at 2 - 2. Apparently offside.

After shootouts Meveščak wins a point against Austrian Linz...
Medveščak had a lead 3:1 after the first period, with goals from Morley (11', 13') and Netik (19'), while Brod (16') scored for guests. Linz equalized through Lebler (25') and Locke (28'). Zagreb players scored for the lead again through Olden (38'), but only a minute before the end of the second period Lukas equalized again. The third period and overtime went with no goals, and in shootout the Linz goalkeeper Ouzas excelled and defended all three shots from Medveščak players, and Leber was the only one to score for the win.
»It's a shame, I am sorry that we missed the win. Everything was on our side, but we obviously still have a problem with powerplay. It started well, but Linz came back quickly and didn't surrender to the end«, commented Sašo Rajsar, and added: »We don't have much time until the next game. We must do the work to get even better and revenge to Villach for the away loss from the season start, in front of our supporters.«
The Bears hold the 9th position with 12 points, and their next game is already on Tuesday, in Zagreb, vs. Villach (7.15 p.m.)
