EPP cushion cover using Lush Uptown and various Grunge colours. This is a 20" cushion and I did some straight line quilting using Aurifil#2600. Used more Grunge and a hidden zipper for the back. Started a second one already!
Templates for the cushion are from here: imagingermonkey.blogspot.ca/

This beautiful Green Line RT was working one of the connecting services to the Epping Ongar Railway from Epping Central Line Station.
RT 3238 is a credit to it's owners, The London Bus Company.
Epping station is a hive of activity at 0230, with work underway to facilitiate the transfer of Cravens Heritage Trains' preserved 1960 stock unit onto the Epping Ongar Railway. The train is made up of battery locomotive L15, Schoma diesels L1, L3, L9 and L12 and the 1960 stock itself. The whole ensemble would transfer to North Weald, before the battery returned to Epping light loco. 26/09/14

The driver and his mate were very happy to accept visitors and give a running commentary on the line and on their locomotive (of which they were rightly) very proud I it was really nice to see them at work, see the line for a different vantage point and do something not normally available to passengers.
Here we have a setries of photos of the line between North Weald & Ongar
