Here's one of the shots from the Ellen's Energy Adventure. My 2010 trip I failed at this shot. Back then the D80 wasn't up to it. Thanks everyone for looking
Monorail Silver passes by Spaceship Earth on approach to the Epcot Monorail Platform. I waited for this photo, taken from over near Ellen's Energy Adventure, near a grassy hill in the eastern side of Future World for several minutes will while Ryan slept in the stroller and Karen and Billy rode Test Track. I really like the angle of the Monorail approach with Spaceship Earth providing the perfect background to complete the image. Post-processing includes a custom blend of Topaz Adjust with contrast enhancements and a subtle vignette. The Wonders of Life Pavilion hosted great attractions focused on the human body (Cranium Command, Body Wars, Making of Me, Goofy about Health) before it was shut down in Dec. of 2006. I was lucky enough to catch it during its swan song and visit attractions that I had either not seen before or had a long time ago.
What is Disney going to do with this space?
Shot this on my 2013 trip, so I did alittle HDR processing on it since it was over exposed, trying to save it.

There was a nice bright moon one evening, so I figured getting it in a shot with Spaceship Earth would make for a good picture. I wish I had taken multiple exposures so I could have tried some HDR processing, and I don't really know why I didn't. Oh, well, the single shot came out pretty good even with the blown out moon.
Two things...
1) I was certainly inspired by Mr. Disbrow on this shot. I thought he beautifully framed the 1982 in a shot.
2) When you walk past this wall with Mr. Desmond then you know are in the presences of greatness.
