This week I had the opportunity to attend a two day dog photography course lead by the very talented Andy Biggar, thanks to my 1st place entry into the Kennel Club's Dog Photographer of the Year competition. I had an awesome time photographing some amazing dogs in the English/Welsh countryside.

In October 2016, I visited McBeans Orchids. It was a great experience - McBeans is one of the oldest orchid nurseries in England, and maybe worldwide. They took over the Odontoglossum collection of Charlesworth, which is the foundation of todays Odontoglossum breeding.

1 March marks the 20 years of entry into force of the Convention.

States Parties and partners celebrated in Geneva while iconic Jet d'Eau turned blue commemorating 20 years of action.

As President of the Convention for 2019, Norway hosted a panel on the morning of 1 March which was marked by the presence of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Ms Michelle Bachelet.

Photos can be used in the context to illustrate the Convention and must be courtesy to the AP Mine Ban Convention ISU.

A story book birthday cake for a child who loves books

This photo was taken on the bank of Li-River close to Xingping fishing village. Mr. Huang and his four brothers are from the last fishermen that still keep the tradition of fishing using specially trained cormorants.

In recent days, this ancient technique has transformed into a tourist attraction and a source of income for Mr. Huang, who desperately needs funds for buying medicines for his sick wife.
