The title is not just referring to the fact, that I shone a light upon the mushroom, but is also a request for an ID. I have no clue about most species of fungi and I´d like to learn more. The fungi is growing out of a cut down pine tree and looks rather grey in reality.

Dendrocalamus asper in Neotropical Climate
A light and sound event at night in Bury, Greater Manchester. This was a re invent of the previous light nights and in my opinion was poor compared to others
The picture is a sooc(straight out of camera), only borders added in GIMP. I loved the bokeh in the picture. Sunlight was falling on the flowers and it was glowing like the "Enlightened"

Our spontaneous activity on our trip to Canberra this year was to go to the Enlighten festival. There was a mix of architectural projections of the buildings, roving performers, bands and food.

If you possess light within, it can externally be seen.
The light can really be seen inside them. They are hope of this nation. And I really do believe in them.
You got to believe in them as well, you got to believe in Africa. Despite civil war for decades, acute poverty, hunger, poor leadership and many other enormous challenges still this country is moving forward. Moving forward because of these enlightened souls.
