Can Organizations Really Use Predictions?

DOTC-STEM and Women In Defense (WID) are working together to celebrate Introduce a Girl to Engineering Month. The initial program is an Open House where female high school students can interact informally with female ARDEC engineers to discuss the advantages and opportunities of being an engineer.

Engineering Rules!, at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD is a series of afterschool sessions designed to introduce students (grades 4-6) to engineering and the design process. In this session, students designed, built, and tested lunar rovers designed to carry a payload and perform a mission of the students’ choosing.

Engineering a Cure for Cancer

 

Engineers design technology, and biologists explore cancer - put them together and you're one step closer to a cure! Join the Biointerfaces Institute to learn how different labs are using engineering to understand cancer and find treatments. Various labs will host interactive hands-on activities for you to touch and explore.
