Summer 2013 Induction to the Profession Ceremony

Civil Engineering is a four-year undergrad designing project that centers around arranging, planning, developing, overseeing, keeping up, and advancing basic parts of metropolitan life including parkways, passages, and rail route tracks, schools, medical clinics, air terminals, and different offices, just as sterilization and water therapy offices, that are on the whole fundamental in this day and age.

 

Eligibility

 

1. 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths is mandatory for admission to a course in Civil Engineering.

2. Entrance Exams (IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT etc.) are conducted at both the national and state level.

3. For admission into M.Tech, one needs to qualify GATE.

Engineering Industry Showcase -- Representatives from local engineering industries were on hand to meet with SUNY Oswego students at an industry showcase and career fair held Feb. 22, 2023 in the Shineman Center atrium. This event co-hosted by the Electrical and Computer Engineering department with Career Services was part of Engineering Week.

MSA’s civil engineering team surveyed boundaries and staked out the building corners of the site. The site houses a 14-story multi-use development located on E. Green Street in Champaign, Illinois.

NASA mathematician and aerospace engineer Dr. Christine Darden was Ursuline's STEM Day speaker. Students also performed experiments and participated in a Hackathon during Engineering Week.
