Sometimes our elevators at work opt to tell us that it's okay rather than what floor we're on. I haven't figured out the pattern yet.
Secret #21
Whenever I see "OK" in the elevator, I think of an episode of X-Files in which a guy hallucinates that an elevator is telling him to kill everyone he works with. I don't remember much of the episode other than the elevator saying, "Kill them. Kill them all." and the guy following through with all of the killing of them all. I've thought about mentioning this to people in the Agreeable Elevator but decided against it.
Got the 64 blind rivets that attach the rib halves together installed. The next step for the elevators, according to the plans, is to attach the forward spar assembly.

For more details about the construction of the elevators, see the build log.

During this phase of the project, you can either take the elevator to the third floor, or go through the emergency exit doorway to get to the stairs.
Even the elevator buttons were high class and expensive looking. The accents in all the elevators cars were hand-crafted zebra wood.
The kids weren't so sure about it the first time, but they grew accustomed to the elevator very quickly.
