A set of standard size Eiffel tower pillowcases I made for a friend as part of the Craftster April Affair swap. The patterns are all from Sublime Stitching. The Eiffel Tower, Luggage and Travel patterns are from the Bon Voyage patterns. The shoe and purse are from the Stitch-It Kit. The flourishes are from the Sublime Stitching book.
The Eiffel Tower (French: Tour Eiffel) is a 19th century iron lattice tower located on the Champ de Mars in Paris that has become both a global icon of France and one of the most recognizable structures in the world. The Eiffel Tower, which is the tallest building in Paris, is the single most visited paid monument in the world; millions of people ascend it every year. Named after its designer, engineer Gustave Eiffel, the tower was built as the entrance arch for the 1889 World's Fair.

"La passerelle" links Bry sur Marne and Le Perreux sur Marne. These are located in Paris suburb, in France
This bridge was actually designed by Gustave Eiffel around 1893, the designer and builder of the Eiffel tower in Paris.
The bridge is pedestrian only and was restored to its original glory not too long ago.
