So here it goes, my first ever capture of Paris recently at the Eiffel Tower. This place is truly a piece of art standing at 324 meters tall.

Let me know what you think of this composition as it wasn't a dramatic weather out there in Paris, France but did my best to get some details out.

I was kinda bored the other day so just started messing about with this image in photoshop. I posted a previous version of this a few months back.

I would also like to say thank you all for your constant visits to my stream and to those who have viewed, given encouraging/constructive criticism comments and favourited my images.

To the people who make my flickrverse exciting and fire my imagination everytime I pick up my camera, my deepest gratitude to all of you. :))

Wishing you all a great day / night!

View of the Eiffel Tower from the Tour Montparnasse. The tower is a 210-metre (689 ft) office skyscraper located in the Montparnasse area of Paris and offers the most stunning panoramic views of the whole city.

Yesterday, i gone to Eiffel Tower, i was surprised when i saw the sakura. This day a lot rain and wind has come, but this sakura was a surprise.

Thank for my old PX Ricoh camera over 10 000 takes :) always here ;)

Just back from a trip to London and Paris. Wandering underneath La Tour Eiffel, the sun just happened to be in the perfect spot for this shot. SOOC.

This time last year I was starting to prepare for my trip to Italy. After touring from Milan down to Sicily, we visited Paris for just one day.

I wish I had better photos of the Notre Dame Cathedral, which unfortunately I do not. The few I do have are very bright with tons of tourists standing in front. Perhaps when I can find some time I will try to do some editing to salvage the images.

I do however have a number of photos I took of the Eiffel Tower. This is one of my favorites from the day.

from a balcony at the Pompidou. Paris, obviously.

It was erected on the occasion of the Universal Exhibition that was held in Paris in 1889, according to the design of the engineer Alexandre Gustave Eiffel. Although it had to be disassembled so that this exhibition ended, it was decided not to do so.

When it was built it was the tallest monument in the world, 300 meters high, and weighed around 7,300 tons.

Depending on the ambient temperature, the peak of the Eiffel Tower can approach or move away from the base about eight centimeters, due to the thermal expansion of the metal.

The maintenance of the tower includes the application of fifty tons of paint every five years, with the intention of protecting it from corrosion.

Walking around in Paris during my holiday travel here, gave so much inspiration, creativity and fun. The city is ful of motives and oportunities to make great shots.

Yes, the Eiffel Tower is the most photographed subject in the world. But I was there and had to take some shots. This was captured from the Pont de Bir-Hakeim in the blue hour after sunset with the tower's illumination reflecting over the Seine in Paris, France.

I was digging through my old raw files (shot on my Nikon D60) and came across this shot from 2010 that I'd never worked on. I'm happy with outcome. It's true to what I saw that night.

The Eiffel Tower (French: La tour Eiffel, is an iron lattice tower located on the Champ de Mars in Paris. It was named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower.
