Lately I've been going for a walk in the field. Enjoy the outdoors, enjoy nature, and leave behind some of the noise of the city, everyday life.

This photo depicts the central region of the city of São Paulo, at the intersection of two very famous avenues and music theme by Caetano Veloso.
Ipiranga avenues with São João, with its old and historic buildings from the 40s and 50s, the peak of the city of São Paulo, considered a piece of Europe at that time.
At the moment, I consider the city of São Paulo very degraded, dirty, full of visual pollution and very badly taken care of by its administrators.
In the present photo, we have two architectural icons. The Altino Arantes Building (right side) is one of the most emblematic buildings in the city of São Paulo, the third largest building in the city of São Paulo and the 7th largest building in Brazil. Its initial design was changed to do it like the Empire State Building in New York, United States. It has 35 floors and 160 meters of height (inaugurated in 1940).
The Banco do Brasil Building (left side) is a large, old skyscraper located in the center of the city of São Paulo, Brazil, being the 12th largest building in the city of São Paulo and the 14th largest building in Brazil . It has 24 floors and 143 meters of height (opened in 1954).
And for those who want to listen to the music that portrays the melody of these two famous Avenues, Ipiranga and São João, you can listen through the YouTube channel to the song "Sampa" by Caetano Veloso

The Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of the Conception Aparecida, is a Catholic religious temple located in the Brazilian municipality of Aparecida, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. It is the largest Catholic temple in Brazil and the second largest in the world, smaller only than the Basilica of St. Peter in the Vatican.
Its construction on September 10, 1946, and its structure was solemnly sacred on July 4, 1980, by Pope John Paul II, when he first visited Brazil. In 1984, the National Conference of Brazilian Bishops (CNBB) elevated the new basilica to the National Shrine. It is located in the center of the city, having access to the "Passarela da Fé", which connects the current basilica with the old one, both visited by the pilgrims. She has already received the visit of three popes: John Paul II, Benedict XVI and Francisco.
