Jesse Row of the Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance says one of simplest, most effective tools used in successful energy efficiency programs are rebates. Expect to see rebates for some consumer products in Alberta's promised energy efficiency program. Inductive stoves routinely have EnerGuide ratings about half that of a conventional stove. People who've used them say they are not only more energy efficient, but they heat faster, cook more even and since the top never gets very hot it's a breeze to clean. Green Energy Futures looked at three high efficiency water heaters that would replace this very inefficient old water heater. If you have an old water heater like this one 88% of the expense is not the original purchase price, but the energy you buy to heat the water. In this Wing Chun Training video, Grand Master Kenneth Lin demonstrates how to use the HKB Wing Chun Combat Formula [Originated from late GM Kwee King Yang's teaching of Kao Kuat / 口訣] to achieve the maximum combat efficiency using the basic Wing Chun Bong Sao Technique [Bong Jiu / 膀手] both in deflecting as well as in Occupying time, becoming space and releasing an impulse energy.
Many times, in most Wing Chun mainstream lineage, focusing using offense as defense. In this video, Grand Master Kenneth Lin demonstrated how to achieve maximum efficiency using HKB Combat formula on applying that offense as defense idea.
Note: Within this video, GM Kenneth Lin made a comparison between the common use Wing Chun Bong Sao [膀手] from mainstream Wing Chun and showcase the Black Flag Wing Chun perspective of Bong Jiu / 膀手 [Bong Sao]. Please be noted that this does not mean one is better or less than another, it should be up to you to decide which fit you the most.

When I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid home, Transport Canada's fuel efficiency ratings for the car were as follows: city driving was at 4.5 L/100 km (or 63 mpg) and highway driving at 4.9 L/100 km, giving the car a combined fuel efficiency rating of 4.7 L/100 km (60 mpg). Well, for once, I went below those numbers.
