The Valdosta-Lowndes Retired Educators' Association held their November meeting on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Holiday Inn in Valdosta, GA.
The Army War College thanked local educators for their dedication in working with the children of military families during an outstanding educators reception April 26 at Quarters One on Carlisle Barracks.
The National Association of Cuban American Educators (NACAE) awarded "Educator of the Year 2012" Dr. Modesto A. Maidique, President Emeritus of Florida International University (FIU), Alva H. Chapman Jr. Eminent Scholar Chair in Leadership, Executive Director of the Center for Leadership and Professor of Management, Faculty of Business Administration, all at FIU. Dr. Maidique was FIU President for 23 years, the first Cuban-American university president in the U.S.
The event also gave the scholarship NACAE "Gastón Fernández de la Torriente" the student Carolina Sanchez

Every year, the College of Education hosts a back-to-school thank-you reception for Pullman-area educators, in particular the Pullman School District, with whom the college has had a special relationship for a number of years. This year's event took place at South Fork on August 22.

Higher quality employees may be attracted to the offer of amenities to the job. Many businesses from many different niches offer certain amnesties that the employees love, such as indoor pools, gyms, or saunas. People will fight for jobs at these companies, of course. This ensures that you as the employer get to select only the best of the best to work for you.
Use an employment agency. These agencies do not charge you, and they do much of the work in the background to match you with a job. They have the ability to assess your skill set and get you into a position that matches your ability. Stay in touch with your employment agency to find out about new opportunities.
When applying for jobs it is important to not put all of your eggs in one basket. No matter how promising a interview seems, nothing is certain until you are hired. Always make sure you have options available. The more applications you submit, the more likely you are to get a job.
When you possess the right skills and interview well, the job can be yours. Doing those ideas will help you to be unstoppable within your field. All you need to do is use the preceding advice to put yourself in the right position. (BREVARD, NC) - Scholars Recognition Evening is the height of the school year and student's career, as they prepare and await their graduation. Congratulations to our many sophomore, junior, and senior "TC Scholars," scholarship recipients, and their families who enjoyed a celebration of dedication, achievement, and community on May 17, 2018, at Brevard High School.
The pinnacle of the evening, owing to their academic success, is when graduating TC Scholars are asked to call up their most "Memorable Educators" to the stage and present tokens of their appreciation. We honor and remember all these great educators, from the classroom and laboratory to the field, track, and even the SRO's office. Thank you teachers, and congratulations on your well-earned recognition by those who matter most: our students!
