Inspired by the gilded textures and sensual forms of Gustav Klimt, Echoes of Klimt captures Lucy in a series of portraits where body and backdrop blur into ornamental harmony. Each frame feels like a painting—opulent, mysterious, and timeless.
Echo Park originally built in the 1860s as a reservoir. Today Echo Park Lake is a Los Angeles icon providing recreational benefits and wildlife habitat.

Glen Echo, built 1773, is located in Southeastern Georgia. It was built in the style of a plantation plain house.
Here's something that's been sitting around for a while waiting to be finished. A few weeks ago I finally ordered a big ol' enclosure for it and the tracking came through for that yesterday, so it's time to finish this thing up. It's an extremely complicated little beastie and I don't actually even know if it will work when I fire it up.
It's a 1776 Effects Multiplex Echo Machine delay. Those two 16-pin ICs are a pair of independent delay lines. This thing has a mode where it functions like the old Binson Echorec. Those things recorded audio onto a disc that looked a little like a CD (but was nothing at all like a CD) and then had multiple playback heads so you could "listen" to the signal play back from different places on the timeline simultaneously to set up syncopated delays. It was the, "Secret Weapon" of a few big names.
This box also has a Roland RE-201 Space Echo mode and an Echoplex mode.
Anyway, hopefully this little monster will work. The tiny PCB in the foreground is an optical modulation daughterboard.

Echo
I could only speak in the sweet ironies of repetition,
so when he said, “Do not touch me,” I replied:
“Touch me, touch me, touch me, touch me,” and
after a while again, “touch me”, till he turned
tail on me and made towards the pool. I would
have cried out some new and original thought
had it not eluded me – but I could think only
of the touching that wasn’t to be – the caress
he would ever forbear to offer. There was a cold
shrinking inside me. Most parts of me became
superfluous. I ghosted about the flesh-white
stalagmites. Bats flew through me. When you
whisper in the cave, I take your last syllables,
shape them into the line of my jaw, the curve
of my breasts, a suggestion of lips and hair –
come close to embodiment, then fade. Say it
one more time. I’ll try it all again. “Touch me.”
Poem by Giles Watson, 2012. The picture is based on a two-minute life-drawing sketch, 7th December, 2012.

Statue of king Leonidas in Sparta, Greece - Love the limestone-marble like color of the Helmet's ridge, although it's made of bronze . Not mine/taken by me . The author is someone named 'TPopova' .
Echo Rock at Jim Owens' Float Trip Ride at SDC in 1980. Guests in boats drifted by this spot, and a hidden microphone picked up any noise, and would "echo" back at them.
This is the third in my series of Autumn leaf macros taken along the Sweet Track at Shapwick .The air was filled with the movement of falling leaves and dragonflies on the wing
What I like with this is the way the dragonfly is roosting on a curled Autumn leaf and the veins on the leaf echo the dragonflies wing. I am guessing this is some of darter dragonfly.

“Echoes of Atlantis” is a fine art underwater portrait series that drifts between myth and memory—where beauty dissolves into water and light. Through Nikki’s weightless gestures and the AI-enhanced shimmer of her surroundings, the work reimagines the lost city not as a place but as a feeling: the memory of something exquisite that time has drowned yet never silenced. Blending cinematic photography and surreal post-processing, each image meditates on grace, breath, and the poetry of the deep. Fine art underwater portrait photography
