The Dalles Oregon and the Columbia river is very scenic in the fall season. The stormy clouds gave way to some dynamic lighting and a cool blue look.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day ;)
My teacher pinched me because I didn't wear any green color then he gave me this sticker. It is my first Saint Patrick's Day. ^_^

A dreary little water hole back off the beaten path of Lake Lowell, Nampa Idaho. The idea was to make this scene appear as tranquil and mystic as possible working with several drab-like colors. Focusing on the tree details and soft lit leaves.
Part 1 can be seen here, taken in April this year.
Photo taken & processed on my iPhone 3gs.

I'm not feeling it today. I wanted to do some sort of self portrait today but I didn't feel like doing anything to make myself look presentable. I was tired, angry, I was hating my body at the moment. So there's not a lot of love behind this one unfortunately. It's just one of those days, I know it'll pass.
a single leg stretches out from the photo booth, wrapped in dark denim, the sneaker planted firm on the speckled floor. it feels like a pause, a moment of stillness in the hum of the station. trains rattle, conversations hum in the distance, and the fluorescent lights trace endless lines into the shadows. the sign above reads "salida fotos," the promise of memories printed and sealed, even as life moves past the glass. this is the city—where moments freeze in unexpected frames, while everything else keeps moving.
