Working with Dynamic Light (see: William Mortensen) and a portrait length lens shot wide open, I wanted to see what might happen, to see if I could get a "sketched" look from rather straight forward camera technique. I think these print well to Epson Velvet Fine Art (matt) on my HP B9180. The final print is amazingly expressive of the idea I was hoping to convey.

Specular reflection with a shift character. Multicomposition in one frame. Some body parts are painted light in being fixed, and then the bulk of female flesh shifted, creating a warm ball of smoke in the frame.

I appear to have stumbled across the Naughty Chair in a local school field while taking the dogs out for a walk this morning.
I imagine you'd have to have been pretty bad to be told to go out and sit in that one.
A few days ago i was walking downtown and i was blown away by these incredible cloud streaks. I took another shot near the Petrie Building on Wyndham. Just wow.

Today is the start of the long journey back to Finland now that the tour is finished. We're doing the journey in two parts again. Today we drove through Sweden and then tomorrow we drive the last part of the journey through Finland.
