Dwarf willow only an inch or two tall, creeping along the tundra on the Chilkat Pass, British Columbia Canada.
US penny shown for scale. This guy was tiny, but chock fulla detail and loads of character. A joy to paint!
Dwarf Dogwood (Cornus canadensis), also known as Bunchberry, is very common in the Whitehorse area of southern Yukon. Right now, the forest floor is resplendant in their blooms.
Photo taken with the Canon EOS R and RF 24-105mm f/4.0 L. The finished image was processed from raw in Adobe Lightroom.

The massive cumulonimbus cloud that has formed overhead dwarfs the L&C power resting in Heath Springs, SC over the weekend. All around, rain was pouring, and this area was only noticing a brief break in it.
This rarely photographed and shy animal was seen off the coast of St Lucia in 2016. We watched it 'logging' on the surface for over a minute before it submerged beneath the waves. Wikipedia says "Most of what is known of the whale comes from beached individuals, as sightings in the ocean are rare."

Cute Hippeastrum that's under 24cm/10" in height with 3 flower spikes. The bloom is 10cm/4" across: I wonder if it is a 'Sonatini' cultivar, like say, 'Sweet Sixteen' ?

It took this picture outside the British Museum. Its gigantic columns have always fascinated me and I've taken several pictures of the columns in the past. But this one is probably my favourite.
Please see below for previous Dwarfed images. This is slowly turning into a mini-series.
Worst Outfit in WOW. Honestly, I've had people stop me in IF and be like, "Your toon is hideous, dude."
Dwarf position light signals stand watch over the LIRR mainline and Port Washington branch at Woodside. They won't be around much longer, as there's a new signal bridge with tri-lights standing right over these.
The latest addition to my aquarium on 7/3/14.

Another shot from that rather spectacular day at Castlerock. I've shot Mussenden Temple so many times; it's one of my favourite landmarks on the north coast. But the day I was up taking this shot, this beautiful piece of architecture had a bit of competition. It was one of those days where the sky herself seemed to be alive, a seething cauldron of cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds, dwarfing anything us mere humans could put up in comparison. And although these particular clouds may look quite benign, they had a few mates who were shaping up to bring a little bit more trouble our way not long after I took this shot - hail stone sized trouble, to be precise. There are few places that better help me to find perspective than the exquisite north coast of wee Ulster.
