The plutons in DuPont State Forest are known for the wide range of moss and lichens that grow on their granite surface. This combination of fallen pine cones, ground cedar, and reindeer lichen along the Micajah Trail caught my attention. Enjoy more at Internet Brothers Hiking Logs and Gallery.
