Tythos Reeds (25) Satyr Archer. after being arrested for the crime of using a local farmer's crops as target practice without permission Tythos is taken from the outskirts of the forest he calls home and locked in a cell in the city of Vengard, several miles from his forest home of Oikos. after spending several weeks bored out of his half goat mind in a stone cell that his magically filled with flowers, Tythos as well as five other beast folk are recruited by the warden to aid in the kindgom's war effort in exchange for their freedom.
with nothing better to do the young Satyr agrees to the contract as does the rest of the group, and they take their first set of orders, to investigate a supernatural earthquake in a distant cemetery a few miles from the city gates. so the mirthful half goat, the skittering rat girl, the big bunny guy, the little bunny guy, the little owl guy and the hulking lizard guy take the provided gear from the warden and head out at first light, after encountering and dispatching some giant spider creatures on the road they reach the cemetery and the ruins that the earthquake has revealed. with little other choice, they follow their orders and head inside, what will they find? undead most likely, but what was the cause of the strange geological disterbance, that is what "the Party Animals" aim to find out....
A little challenge to take a photo in the hidden passageway underneath Lion Knights' Castle.
What a tight spot!
What now?
We're happy together...
We're not. We happen to be in the same woods.
...on the same path in the same direction. To-ge-ther!
Don't get any funny notions. This knife has a sister.
So you'd rather travel alone?
Nah, company is okay. But nothing more.
So together it is.
Aaargh!!
Toy Project Day 3352
Doesn't look as if we can go further on this trail. See you in March.

Last day of January means there will be no "normal" toy pictures in the next four weeks, but rover from A-Z
Toy Project Day 3473
stand on a mushroom.
The Paladin stood a bit too close to the other two figures and I wanted to move him for about five millimeters. The mushroom didn't want to take it and threw them all off.
Adventures in focus stacking with my custom fantasy minifigs.
Him-Dude's party's got no respect for him 😆
The crew left Siwa and ventured back to the Minotaur Skeleton's cavern. After a tense battle the team finally defeated the mighty Minotaur Skeleton. They left with a unique Skeleton book that had the ability to summon skeleton thralls. Leaving in triumph, the group travelled through the deserts were they uncovered an ancient dungeon and entered a fierce battle with a Jibbering Mouther. Upon defeating it, the crew discovered a mysterious treasure, a series of bells that caused interesting effects when rung. With their loot in hand the crew continued to jounrey to the city of Alexandria.
An odd bunch, plotting away in their dungeon getting up to god knows what.
Keen eyed viewers will note that this is a LEGO recreation of the characters featured in Minion Quest, the DND livestream I’ve been apart of for the past seven weeks.
One of the drawbacks of Febrovery is, that I can't upload the pictures as I take them. I am reluctant to show pictures with full snow, because it's quite warm and we even have a slight drizzle (we need more rain, actually)
Here's the group of three adventurers, with Jane and the new guard on their way to... dunno. The tavern, most likely.
Toy Project Day 3513
Mate Castle stuff is so fun to build. Twas a pleasure to dive back into that wonderful fantasy world. Here's a new MOC of mine that features some nice sand green landscape. And oi, Sand green is one of the best LEGO colours, very fun to play with it again.
Enjoy! Oh and if you want to see a full breakdown of how this is built, check out this video for exactly that:
"Start talking, while you still have a neck."
Adamonn wants to know who sent this goblin crew to ambush him. Luckily, goblins aren't known for their intense loyalty in the face of danger.
A small castle/Fantasy Figbarf.
These are representations of the new characters my friends and I are playing in our new weekly D&D game.
I may well do a white background shot of these figures if there is interest in seeing them all up close :)
So, here we are again...
Oh, it's you lot. Did you already make plans where you'll go adventuring tomorrow?
Tomorrow? No, we need a break after two weeks of adventuring.
(laughter) You didn't have that much to drink, did you? One of your funny mushrooms, perhaps?
Tavern Project Day 3752
My two favourite minifigures from the new bunch, still without names or persona.
Toy Project Day 3558
I hope these jelly blobs are susceptible to fire. If not, we're doomed.
Gelatinous Cubes are proper Dungeons and Dragons monsters, but I don't know what they're really doing, other than being quite hard to beat.

Kano'Tor the Codru-Ji Ace Pilot, an OC character portrait commissioned by Kellyn Abner. I had fun with this, I love when I get to draw fanged characters! This style of portrait is currently $18!

As the weather gets warmer I find myself in a fantasy mood.
As always, my fantasy pics are pretty D&D inspired.
