We wouldn't even bother making them, but no one sells them here in Portland so we get to make them from scratch.

as fast as they can cook them? Here you go. Frank and I went to a lil

dumpling shop in the middle of this VERY crowded street and elbowed our way

to get a dozen of the fresh dumplings. It was worth it!

We've been watching the Oscars with our good friends for the past few years. This year Eric wanted to make Chinese dumplings (four kinds!). We had a lot of work to do before we could sit down to eat.
