Console manufacturers would have you believe you have to spend hundreds of pounds on New TV's, new glasses and buy special 3D games to play in 3D like this.

Not so, this is a live screen shot from Crysis when played in anaglyph 3D using the iZ3D Driver (freeware), look at the colours and clarity of the image its superb. You can adjust paralax and move the whole scene in and out of the screen all on the fly during live game play.

Im fed up with the big 3D con, im seriously considering moving back to the PC for games, when every single game, even ones as graphically complex as Crysis can be played in High Def 3D at no extra cost, with your existing equipment.

The iZ3D driver can be downloaded here, it has minimal effect on frame rate and will work on all 3D games on your PC if you have a half decent graphics card.

During this period a group of taxi cabs arrived. I guess they were waiting for arrivals and customers. when they did get dispatched it was like a flurry of bees getting out of the hive. Caught this image of a driver in that melee.

Detail of B2737, the Battle Bus

B2737, one of the last B-type buses.

The B-type was introduced in 1910 by the London General Omnibus Company (LGOC).

B2737 served Route 9 (Barnes and Liverpool Street), in 1914 it was one of the 1,000 LGOC vehicles commandeered by the War Department to be used as troop carriers on the Western Front. After the war B2737 was used in London as a 'Traffic Emergency Bus', relieving pressure on congested bus routes. In 1922 it was sold to the National Omnibus & Transport Company, eventually ending up as a garden shed by the 1980s.

Taken at Walworth Bus Garage Open Day, 19 July 2014, as part of Year of the Bus.

The depot was previously the Camberwell Tram Depot, the name was changed to Walworth Bus Garage in 1950 when buses arrived on-site (there already being a Camberwell Garage).
