The thing I don't get about Tuk Tuks, even though they are lots of fun is that you can never quite see out of them without bending forward or leaning all the way back. I'm not tall by european standards but I guess compared to the majority of Thai's I would be.

It's another Saturday (instead of Friday) photo. I knew this was the one I wanted to take this week.
The day has arrived for my oldest daughter's very first in car driving lesson. I took it as a good sign that the instructor did not try to make her back out of our driveway as her first experience. I have trouble backing out of that driveway and I've been driving for many, many years!
A few low opacity effects were added to this using Picnik including: HDR, Lomo & Cross Process

Driver licence for Goran Markovic. A photoshop yet again!. He'll have to make himself another one soon - that one's about to expire! He's definitely from Blacktown, Sydney - a very rough area apparently!! His date of birth is correct too.
We caught up with another of our Driver of the Year winners yesterday for a photo op and award. Congrats to John Grantz from FL who has been driving for Stevens since 2001!

We saw a weird building and also what seemed to be a kite surfers lost kite.
We were not going to investigate these things.
I had learnt my leason.
We saw a wreck, way out in the seaweed. Walking to it was easy. It took us about 30 minutes to walk there. After we had looked it over, we descided instead of walking back at an angle to the beach (Which is how we got there) we walked straight in.
After 5 minutes, I started sinking in smelly grey mud up to my knees. It took all my strength to pull out one leg, only to get my other one stuck. All this whilst the tide was coming in. I was balancing my shoes in one hand, my expensive Canon 5D and 70-200 L Lens in the other. I did not want to drop anything.
The distance was about 1/5 the distance we had walked to get out to the wreck but it took over 2 hours to get back to the shore line.
I was very tired. The walk back, sinking (in the end I sank up to my Hips) was exhausting so we left the object that looked like a kite and I descided I was never coming back here again.
Anyway, I had photos so if I wanted to come back, I just needed to look at the photos.
The wreck, I think it is a Holden VB Commodore and a second car (Isuzu) that came out to rescue it. Both have very much been claimed by the sea.
