This was taken in Livingstone, Zambia in Africa on a trip to see the Victoria Falls aboard a tour boat. I like the sunset in the background creating a rich, orange colour contrasting the greens in the drink.
Today's adventure wasn't as scary as yesterdays, today we went to Hawai'i! Sandy beaches, roaring waves and delicious drinks. Boy howdy, Jake sure trotted out his best connections to make this one happen on short notice. Hey, cabana boy, another Mai Tai for the little dude!
the guys and gals from Artez Interactive were in town from Toronto, Canada, so we took them to an old traditional London city pub.
Most people are used to seeing birds taking water into their bill and then tipping their head back to swallow it. Pigeons and doves are a family of birds that have developed a mouth and throat with enough suction that they do not need to tip their heads back to swallow liquids. Prince Rupert, BC, Oct 27, 2010.
