A photo of two glasses of iced drink with strawberry chunks and lime slices I made for myself and my husband. Today was very hot that we couldn't stand it, and these iced drinks came to the rescue.
The result of some playing in Lightroom, Photoshop and Color Efex Pro.... Nothing More, Nothing Less... The photo wasn't that good, so i just wanted to try something i saw in a book...

I've had a lazy day, getting on with a bit of take-home work and setting up Kit's new laptop. The best bit though is meeting up with Esther for dinner in the evening. Great food and drink, though the cocktails are a little effete! xx

There's a myth that koalas don't need to drink water, they get all their nutritional needs from gum leaves. That may be the case normally, but during prolonged drought last year the leaves were so dry that this koala descended from a tree and climbed into this storm water drain near my work, to get to the trickle of water.
Luckily it was so dry there was no chance of a flash flood.
This year we got smart with a rolly drinks cart for our holiday party, fashioned out of one of our library carts.

This bronze statuette is a replica of the former Ethelfleda drinking fountain erected on Victoria Park in 1922 and paid for from money left by Edith Gittins (1845 - 1910) who was well know locally for her generous public service.

I'm just kidding....I don't drink...LMAO...it's diet iced tea in the glasses, but I was trying to explain waterfall drinking and it's hard to explain...so here's a picture! LOL!!!!! I can up to 5 shot glasses, but #1 I could only find 3 from around the neighborhood...we are a hip neighborhood...LMAO and #2. anything above 3 glasses and I have to use two hands and you wouldn't be able to see in the photo...lol...
