My first attempt for the sound theme this week... can't say it was a huge success. My intention was to photograph a carbonated beverage as it was being poured, to capture all the fizzing and bubbling of the liquid.
Well, two factors went against me today. 1) I don't have an external flash, so had to rely on overhead lighting and a table lamp to light the shot. Not so good. And 2) the ginger ale I used was already mostly flat before I even opened the bottle. But it's all I had besides Coke, which I thought was too dark to use. Live and learn.
I do like the clarity of stream pouring into the glass though. I just wish I didn't have to Photoshop the heck out of it to get the background even remotely white.
