I was dreaming that I sit behind the radiator and its so nice and warm and them I woke up and understood that it was not a dream - it was Positive Thinking.

Shot on the Carnival Dream cruise ship on April 27th, 2010. The productions on these cruise ships is simply amazing. The shows alone are worth the price of the cruise. Well, almost.

Bis sie, sich mein erbarmend, in die Kammern
Mich mit sich nähme und mich drinnen pflöge.
Dann tät' ich so erfroren und erstarret,
Daß sie aus Mitleid in den Busen nieder
Mit Haut und Haar mich schöb‘, um zu erwarmen.
Dann, wenn ich erst ein Weilchen so verharret,
Besänn' ich mich auf meine Menschenglieder,
Um sie, statt zu umflügeln, zu umarmen.
Sometimes you can dream big, let your mind wander, and strive for the impossible.
Other times it is more logical to stay in the present and keep yourself safe from the possible.
The difference between these two instances are the outcomes. Although everyone needs a rock in their life, they also need that person, object, place, or experience to remind them why they keep on living.
(I overdid the sharpness on purpose.)
