This is a shawl I designed myself; it has a stocking stitch section then it progresses into a large section of chevron stitch simple lace. It's made from Old Maiden Aunt sock yarn, bamboo-merino blend, colour Bitter Bug, collection "I Made You This Mixtape".

Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. They were putting up this canopy shade for the performance of "Titus Andronicus" that evening. Since it's one of Shakespeare's tragedies, they put up this canopy and draped the stage background in black so we were unable to see Juliet's balcony.
