a close up of experimenting with the concept for my eventual Advanced Draping final.
You can really see how I had to sort of evolve the concept when I moved from the crinoline used here to the organza in my final project. I miss the nice crisp overlays I could achieve with the crinoline, but this is also the smallest scale I was able to work with, and I think the skeletal effect it achieves on a smaller scale is more effective.
Wall drapes in red, orange, pink and gold, wall uplighters, illuminated poseur tables with gold mirror votives, twisted willow arrangements with warm white pealights
These are either custom made, hand made, or VERY expensive drapes! Maybe not what I'd pick out, but impressive.
